The new FEFLOW Adapter introduced in MIKE 2023 Update 1 enables users to improve their decision-making process in fields such as irrigation, mining, waste storage, and water quality. The new MIKE+ adapter available in MIKE 2023 enables urban and surface water modellers to use their MIKE+ models in real-time to forecast flooding or to create a collection system or river network digital twin.

In addition, the Script Manager has been integrated with GitHub as part of MIKE 2024 which means you no longer need to import scripts into the database, saving valuable time. These scripts are easily reusable across projects, allowing you to maintain consistency and streamline your workflow. Whether you prefer Visual Studio Code, PyCharm, or Spyder, you can effortlessly edit, run, and debug your GitHub scripts. Additionally, you can run CPython scripts using the DHI Cloud Platform's job service, enabling real-time, cloud-hosted systems. You can even schedule and execute these scripts directly from the MIKE OPERATIONS Job Manager. Lastly, the recent upgrade to Python 3 in MIKE WORKBENCH brings improved security and design, ensuring a smoother and safer scripting experience.
